Whoever starts the adventure takes Blue #1.
The second to join the adventure takes Green #2.
The last to join takes Red #3.
The first benefit to this path is that no one has to wait for other players. If you log in first and take path 2 or 3, then you will either have to wait for someone to remove a tower or try to fight the buffed squad. This ensures no one waits for a tower to be defeated.
The second player (green) will be able to get one attack on the boss, but they have room to fail one attack. They could take the Pure Defense buff at #16 to assist in fighting Corrupted Galahad or look ahead to the next three squads they will fight to get the buff against their most common damage.
The last player (red) to join gets 5 attacks on the boss and can fail 3 attacks and still get max chests.
