This year's event is so far scheduled for Tuesday, November 23rd, which MIGHT be Monday night for Western players, and will last for 7 days.

The Cyber-Con event rewards are random. You use a Chip Key as this event's "currency" to open a select tile on the board map for whatever prize is hidden underneath. There are a total of 32 prizes, 3 of which are considered "Grand Prizes".

After getting just one of the Grand Prize, you can refresh the entire board and start over.

There are a total of 393 Chip Keys through quests, but 310 of those come through spending a large number of emeralds. This is enough to open the entire board 12 times with 9 keys to spare, and you will likely be able to buy more Chip Keys in special bundles.

This is primarily an event for people to spend money on (more so than normal), and unless you have plenty to spare I would suggest saving your money for Winterfest. With enough prep, you can still get decent rewards from it.

Preparing Resources for Cyber-Con. (the math part of the post)

Cyber-Con quests require Energy, Emeralds, Opening Chests in Tower, and Starting or Joining Adventures (Portal Charges).

Logging in every day grants 1 Chip Key for a total of 7 Chip Keys.

If you already have VIP status that can grant you between 1 and 28 Chip Keys.

I will not calculate for anyone who buys Emeralds with real money. Refer to the wiki for potential additional rewards there.

Emeralds vary greatly between players, dependant on ranking in various modes, progress for the current Seasonal Event, and money available to spend. Still, I think all of our members are sure to get a minimum of 500 Emeralds through normal gameplay for free every week. That gives everyone 4 Chip Keys.

With careful planning, I think it is possible to spend the maximum 4000 Energy for this event, granting 11 Chip Keys.

You get 10 free Energy an hour. If your maxEnergy is 140, it takes 14 hours to reach your max until you stop getting free Energy. If the event updates at 9 PM for you, then you should have 0 Energy at 7 AM and not spend any more or claim any Energy quests until after the event starts.

You get 60 Energy 3x/day. If you do not claim thatEnergy the day the event updates, then you can claim it for 8 days. That is 1440 Energy. Spending all of your Energy before you hit your max with 10 Energy/hr for 24 hours is 1680 free Energy for the entire week. During this event, we should get a 250 Energy reward and a 300 Energy reward from the Daily Bonus Special Event. If you timed your free Energy that is another 140 Energy (assuming 140 is your max). Many members will level at least once after spending this much Energy , but assuming only once that is another 200 Energy .

Altogether, the above math comes to 4010 Energy for the entire week of the event, just enough to get the max of 11 Chip Keys for the quest reward. If necessary, no one should be too far behind that they can't spend a few potions or Emerlalds to get that max reward.

You open 15 free Chests in the Tower, automatically each run, but you can get an extra day by saving your Tower, run until AFTER the event begins. This way you can get exactly 120 chests over 7 days because the way the event updates on the first day gives you an "extra" day to complete events. This gives 11 Chip Keys.

If you start or join an adventure every day you will get the max reward for that quest, granting 11 Chip Keys. I recommend spending ONLY 1 Portal Charge a day for this event as you will need any other Portal Charges you have saved up for Winterfest quests.

Bottom Line

Free-To-Play can get a minimum of 44 Chip Keys with proper preparation. The same preparation with VIP status will get you between 45 and 72 Chip Keys.

Strategy.

Very little strategy for this event. You mostly just get as many Chip Keys as you can and open as many prizes as you can.

You definitely want all 3 Grand Prizes. That is 30 Chest of Supertitans, 1 Lesser Hero Soul Stone Chest, and 250 Chaos Particles. So I would not recommend refreshing after just one Grand Prize.

My personal strategy is to immediately refresh after I get all 3 Grand Prizes to maximize my chances of getting them again. Whether or not you refresh right away depends on how much you want the remaining prizes, though I think all 3 Grand Prizes are worth the risk to refresh once you have all three.

Assuming I calculated correctly everyone should be able to guarantee the option to clear the entre prize board one time before refreshing, and hope for luck to be on your side so you can refresh it multiple times.
